Reservation Procedures
Booking: Clients can make reservations through our website or by contacting our customer service. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed via email or SMS.
Confirmation: Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing the ride details, including the pickup time, location, and chauffeur information.
Modifications: Any changes to the booking must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Modifications can be made through the same channels used for booking.
Cancellation Terms Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid any charges. Cancellation Fees: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a fee equivalent to 50% of the ride cost will be charged. For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the full ride cost will be charged.
No-Show Policy Actions: If a client does not show up for a scheduled ride without prior cancellation, the full ride cost will be charged. The chauffeur will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes at the pickup location before considering it a no-show.
Pricing and Payment Policy
Rate Structure
Base Rate: Our pricing model includes a base rate that covers a certain distance or duration. Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond the scheduled pickup, extra stops, and services provided during peak hours or special occasions. Mileage and Time: Charges beyond the base rate are calculated based on mileage and time.
Payment Methods
Accepted Forms: We accept payments in major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and digital payment platforms (PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment Timing: Payment is due during the booking process.
Refund Policy
Conditions: Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Service issues attributable to our company, such as vehicle breakdowns or chauffeur no-shows.
Process: Refund requests must be submitted through our customer service within 7 days of the scheduled ride. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
